DELIVERY INFORMATION

We currently offer free Next Day Delivery on orders to the value of £75 and over. Customers who place orders that are under £75 have the option to select a Standard 2-Day Delivery service at £2.95 or a Next Day delivery service at £6.95. To guarantee next day delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm. If an order is received after 2pm, it will be processed on the next working day and delivered the following day.

We offer a Saturday delivery service for £9.95, otherwise only working days apply to Standard and Next Day delivery times.

Please note that Next Day deliveries are only available within the UK mainland and excludes UK Highlands and Islands or areas with the following postcodes: AB31, AB33 - 38, AB44, AB45, AB51-56, BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3. The free next day delivery offer does not apply to these areas. Deliveries to customers who live in these extended regions of the UK are £6.95.

Deliveries to Ireland are priced £9.95. Other European and Worldwide deliveries are priced £12.95 with delivery time between 2-7 days.

You will receive confirmation from our courier with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES/ COLLECTIONS/CANCELLATIONS

In the event that you wish to return your order, please email us at returns@dollboutique.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. You will receive an email from Doll Boutique acknowledging your request. Items should be returned within 14 days of receiving our email. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Please wrap up the package securely, preferably in original packaging and post it back to us using an insured method with recorded delivery. We will confirm when the items have been received and checked, and when your card has been refunded.

Please note that you are responsible for any loss or damage to the package until we have signed for delivery and inspected the goods.

If you prefer, we can arrange for our courier to collect and return the goods to us at a cost of £12.95. This applies to UK mainland addresses only. Following your email to inform us that you are returning the goods, we will then contact our courier to arrange pickup. We will need an address that our courier can access, and someone will need to be available to hand over the goods, otherwise our courier won’t be able to pick anything up and you will still be charged for the service.

Doll Boutique will check all items thoroughly prior to sending every order. We advise customers to check garments on arrival and before removing any tags and or labels. It is essential that items should be returned with all original tags/labels attached, and should be returned new and unused. The items should ideally be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit and shoes that were delivered with a shoe box must be returned in their original condition, otherwise your return may not be accepted. All goods will be inspected on return.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card and will exclude any return shipping costs where applicable. After checking the returned goods, Doll Boutique will refund the original credit card used for the purchase within 5 days of DB receiving the returned items.

If you wish to cancel your order before we dispatch the goods to you, you can notify us by email at info@dollboutique.co.uk. Cancellations and notifications of returns must be made in writing by email, telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Any goods that are cancelled and have already been dispatched to you must be returned to us.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within four weeks of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or abuse are not considered to be faulty. The customer must email returns@dollboutique.co.uk regarding any faulty goods, stating in writing, details of the circumstances. If you would like to exchange a faulty item (instead of obtaining a refund), please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
