If you would like to return your order please let us know using the adjacent Returns Request Form and post your items to us within 7 days.

We will acknowledge your request and confirm when the items have been received and checked, and when your payment has been refunded.

Orders to the value of £50 and over, within the UK, are eligible for free returns and will receive a bag with a pre-paid returns label along with the order items.

For orders under £50 or outwith the UK, our returns address is:

Please note that you are responsible for any loss or damage to the package until we have signed for delivery and inspected the goods.

We check all items thoroughly prior to sending every order and advise customers to check garments on arrival and before removing any tags or labels. It is essential that items should be returned with all original tags/labels attached, and should be returned new and unused. The items should ideally be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit and shoes that were delivered with a shoe box must be returned in their original condition, otherwise your return may not be accepted. All goods will be inspected on return.

Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment and will exclude any delivery charges. Please allow up to 5 days for your refund to be processed.

If you think that your goods are faulty, or a manufacturing fault has occurred within 4 weeks of purchase, please let us know using the adjacent Returns Request Form with details of the fault. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or abuse are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange an item for another size or for store credit towards another purchase, please use the adjacent Returns Request Form to let us know and post your items to us within 7 days. We currently offer one free re-delivery (UK only) for any exchanged item.
